Founder and Managing Director - Andrew Schlich MA (Oxon) Andrew graduated in Modern Languages at Oxford University. He set up AST after spotting a gap in the market for premium quality translations into English for German and Swiss multinationals. Since then he has successfully transformed AST into a full-service translation company with a reputation for top quality in any language combination.

Director – Michael Thomas MA (Oxon), ACA, MCT Michael is a graduate in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Oxford University and is a qualified treasurer and chartered accountant. He is a specialist in banking, risk management and financial reporting. His previous roles included Directorships at Deloitte, WestLB, Alliance & Leicester and Santander UK. Michael advises AST on strategy and provides introductions within the financial sector.
